Better Resolution Support (v.019c)

This update only applies to the downloaded version.  Previous versions would try to change the resolution to 1280x1024 but, failing that would run at the desktop resolution, which was sometimes the wrong aspect ratio, causing UI and gameplay inconsistencies.

The game now tries one of 3 different 5:4 resolutions (1280x1024, 1024x768, 800x600), before defaulting to the desktop resolution.  If that resolution is a different aspect ratio, it will stretch to fill the screen and the UI should display correctly regardless.

Of course, this is just a half-measure towards a proper resolution setting in the options menu, but very few people download this game vs. playing the web version, so it's not a high priority.
